1. DELIVERY

We ship within the Netherlands, across the EU, and to selected international destinations.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at info@nonothelabel.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Shipping times:

  • Orders placed before 15:00 (NL time) on business days are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 15:00, during weekends, or on public holidays are shipped the next business day.

Shipping rates:

  • Netherlands: €5,95 (free for orders over €150)

  • EU countries: €12,95

  • International (outside EU): €19,95

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order.

2. RETURN POLICY

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be included

  • Include your order confirmation or number

How to return:

  1. Email us at info@nonothelabel.com to request a return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll email you a return label with instructions.

  3. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

Returns sent without prior approval or beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted.

3. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch items, simply return your product and place a new order once your return is approved.

4. REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the return fee based on your location.

If it’s been over 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@nonothelabel.com.

5. PRE-ORDERS

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be mentioned in the product description.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped once all items are available.
