Return Policy

We hope you love your Nonó pieces, but if something’s not quite right, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at info@nonothelabel.com.
Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return label from us via email along with instructions. A €5.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you.

Exchanges
Want something else? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund (minus the €5.95 return fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
