Nonó Refund Policy

At Nonó, we hope you love your purchase – but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original state

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@nonothelabel.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions from there.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
